How long does it take to get a response?

I'm a vendor — how do I list my product?

Visit our List Your Product page to submit your software for review. Basic listings are free. Once submitted, our editorial team reviews and publishes within 5–7 business days.

I left a review — can I edit or delete it?

Yes. Email editorial@pickmysoft.com with the subject "Review Edit Request" and include your reviewer name and the product. We will verify your identity and process the request within 2 business days.

I spotted incorrect information on a listing. What do I do?

Email editorial@pickmysoft.com with the product name, the specific incorrect information, and any supporting evidence. We take accuracy very seriously and investigate all reports.
